Since I have been devising error handling combinators initially for assemblage 
and that I'm now using them in other projects, it seems in the end that having 
a basic result package maybe useful. I have devised one here:

Comments on the interface are welcome (use the github bt). Example of use can 
be seen here [1]. One thing that may change is that the type Result.result will 
maybe switch to a regular variant.
