[MirageOS-devel] openmirage.org hosting moved to bytemark

I've moved the openmirage.org hosting machine over to a machine running on 
Bytemark.  This should greatly improve its availability, as a combination of 
power outages and an ancient version of Xen on the old host caused problems.

The next step for the website is to get it running the TLS stack, which 
HannesM, DavidK and ThomasG are all working on.  It should also be much easier 
to run xentropyd on the new machine...
