It is a pkgsrc bootstrap and build from source on top of Alpine Linux - see https://github.com/justincormack/alpine-pkgsrc/blob/master/Dockerfile https://github.com/justincormack/alpine-pkgsrc-ocaml/blob/master/Dockerfile as pkgsrc has good portable OCaml support. I am planning to build binary packages from it too at some point.
