[MirageOS-devel] cleaned up mirage/mirage branches

As I'm deploying the new CI system, I took the opportunity to clean up some 
dead branches in mirage/mirage that are stale and no longer need automated 
tests.  Moving forward, please maintain feature branches in your own forks 
unless there is a shared need to have them in mirage/mirage.

The branches are all backed up in https://github.com/ocaml-attic/mirage if they 
are needed for historical interest (e.g. the OSDI paper benchmarks)

The removed branches are:

bitstring
blkif-hotplug
camlp4.opt
dead-code-elim
fs-probe
istring
iteratee-io

newlib_removal
ocamlbuild
ocamlclean

old-master

os-bigarray

xen-blkif

There are a couple of more recent branches left: please go over those to check 
them if you are actively using them.
