As many of us are either at the Marrakesh hack retreat or in transit, we might 
have a more productive meeting next week (Wednesday 21 March 2018) at the same 
time (16.00 UTC -- Americans please note that the time is still 16.00 UTC as 
British Summer Time does not begin until 25 March[1]).  If we continue the 
biweekly schedule after that, the meeting dates for 2018 will be:
