Mmm... I really am not sure. I guess the question is, are we releasing
next week? If yes, you'd have do this really soon, e.g., Tomorrow,
Friday, or very early next week.

However, if we're actually releasing, I think properly announcing the
release itself is more important, and I don't think it's that bad to
have such a post after the release (perhaps later next week, or even the
week after).
