I've edited the issue to reflect a better ordering -- most of the requests 
coming in have been for the high-level explanation of the toolchain and how to 
run a homepage on it, so let's focus on those first and go back and fill in the 
blanks with the other posts later.

I also started working on a simple new backend/frontend driver to deliver 
entropy more reliably to the guest, in the form of Randomfront/Randomback. 
Nothing like this exists at the moment, as far as I can tell, and it's an 
obvious prerequisite for any bindings we want to do.
