Lars, This looks fine. I am copying Mihai Dontu on this thread since he (and most likely Andrei Lutas) will be representing Bitdefender @ FOSDEM. Can you share with him any logistics he may need to consider given we are jumping in late? Mihai, can you connect with Tamas, share notes and see what if anything we should consider prior to this weekend? Feel free to make the demo title punchier Shorter slots are also OK, if 1.5 hours are too long. I copied the content below also. Once I get ACKs, I will take the below and make some hand-outs Please confirm whether you are happy with your demo slots and whether you will be able to make it. If not, please @Robert: besides the demo, you may also benefit from connecting with @Tamas at the event. You have been contributing code to similar areas of code. Please confirm, as you were no sure about the coolness of the demo. @Olivier: I put the Sunday demo after your talk, but gave you enough time to walk over @Tim: I know you have not posted to the list yet, so I am taking the conversation we had as an ACK Xen Activities at FOSDEM Saturday, Jan 31st Talk Room Contact 9:00 - 10:00 Xen Project Booth build-up, expect the booth to get busy at 13:00 K (Level 1, Stand 21) Lars Kurth 13:00 - 14:30 Xen Orchestra demo : New Features Demo K (Level 1, Stand 21) Olivier Lambert 14:30 - 16:00 Xen and BitDefender: hypervisor/memory introspection Demo K (Level 1, Stand 21) Mihai or Andrei (TBD) 15:00 - 15:40 OpenStack and Xen - Deploy your OpenStack cloud on the Xen hypervisor UD2.120 (Chavanne) Stefano Stabellini 15:05 - 15:50 FreeBSD/Xen status update - Current status and future development of FreeBSD/Xen AW1.121 Roger Pau Monne 15:30 - 17:00 XenServer: provisioning a VM using Packer which is then configured via Ansible K (Level 1, Stand 21) Tim Mackey 17:00 - 18:30 Xen's built-in Virtual Machine Instrospection capabilitues K (Level 1, Stand 21) Tamas K Lengyel 19:00 Program ends Sunday, Feb 1st Talk Room Contact 10:00 Xen Project Booth opens K (Level 1, Stand 21) Lars Kurth 11:30 - 13:00 XenServer: provisioning a VM using Packer which is then configured via Ansible K (Level 1, Stand 21) Tim Mackey 12:20 - 13:00 Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse- Containers, KVM, Xen, and Security UD2.120 (Chavanne) Ian Jackson 13:00 - 14:30 Xen's built-in Virtual Machine Instrospection capabilitues K (Level 1, Stand 21) Tamas K Lengyel 14:30 - 16:00 Xen and BitDefender: hypervisor/memory introspection Demo K (Level 1, Stand 21) Mihai or Andrei (TBD) 15:00 - 15:40 Xen Orchestra: a web UI for Xen and XenServer - Handle modern IaaS needs ...
