I think we want to start with 24 test boxes which is already >1/2 rack.

During the call last month we discussed a more comprehensive level of
help with software.  I think that's really something we are going to
need help with, as we don't have spare effort for this anywhere else.

So, tasks like:
  * routine monitoring and security updates
  * backups
  * basic database admin (postgresql)

I think a provider which is local to one of the companies on the test
WG is likely to provide better service at the same price.  They will
be more flexible and helpful.  I certainly wouldn't limit it to "big
names".

As you're doing the searching I guess you should probably look near
yourself - which is where exactly ? :-)
