I would expect the server boxes to have redundant PSUs and so could be 
accessible in more cases.  Spliting the test boxes to the 2 feeds would mean 
that testing could continue (with osstest changes).  So I still think that we 
do.

So far I have seen 2 no and my 1 yes.
