Don,

I think we found a 24 port Serial Port device. I will have the spec later tonight I will forward it on to you. ThE quote for the hardware is perking along I hope to have something we can poke holes in next week.

I think $50/hr for setup is reasonable. Normally the support rate is 125.00 but that is open to discussion. The fun factor of the project can be taken into the rate equation.
