Ian, I have been in contact with the COMPTROL Linux Engineer and he gave me is personal contact information. We seemed to have figured out the wiring problems at the adaptor. Don has gotten the main servers to talk to each other. I have to make another adaptor so we can cross connect both servers. We are working on getting 2 test servers ready to talk to the Comtrol serial mux. Comtrol has told me that they will not be submitting the latest driver to Linux, they will always be 3rd party and available on the Comtrol site. They make so many changes so often it just is not practical based on the conversation we just had. It is company policy. Maybe someone from the foundation can have a conversation with someone higher up that I can reach. We are making progress!! IIUC, no, we can't use the modalias system. It already maps all rocketport boards to the rocket driver. The actual code checks for the device ID and 0x0061 is not in the list. We'd either have to modify the rocket driver or use the one provided by the vendor. > Ian. -d _______________________________________________ Wg-test-framework mailing list Wg-test-framework@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xenproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/wg-test-framework
