Ian, I went back to the COLO and worked with Don to see if we could figure out what was going on. We loop backed tested the suspected port and it did not loop back. I moved the loop back plug to Gateshead Comtrol 31 and that port passed. I put a new Null Modem Adaptor and new CAT5 cable on Rimava0 and then plugged it into the tested Comtrol port. It still did not work. My next step is to test the Adaptor-CAT5 cable "end-to-end", then see if we can loopback test it connected to the Comtrol Port. It has to be the cable, all the other component s seem to be working fine.
