[Xen-API] [PATCH 0 of 2] UUID patches, another round.

Patches that modifies the creation of UUIDs in xapi.

The first patch changes the creation of some UUIDs in xapi.  It relies
on a patch for xen-api-libs[1].

The second patch removes the code in xapi that generates the pool
secret.  It relies on the patch that adds the ptoken generation tool[2].
