[Xen-API] [PATCH 1 of 2] Make use of the new make_uuid_* functions:

Make use of the new make_uuid_* functions:
 - make_uuid_rnd - used for pool secret
 - make_uuid_urnd - used for sessions

All others continue to use make_uuid for the moment.
