Hi Francis, It sounds like the Grub configuration is not finding a file (i.e. xen.gz or vmlinuz-whatever). Some things to check for: 1) Check that xen.gz and vmlinuz-whatever really *are* in /boot 2) Check that grub really does have the correct filenames for them 3) Check that when you modified the grub config you changed the right file - sometimes it's called menu.lst, sometimes grub.conf.
