You can get sound support in dom0 by just compiling it in.  If you want 
unprivileged domains to output sound, there's no Xen-specific support for 
this.  However, a good solution would be to use a network-enabled sound 
daemon (artsd from KDE can do this for KDE and non-KDE apps, I believe, 
esound can do it, gstreamer might be able to) to relay sound to dom0 (which 
can control the sound card directly).
