The changes at lines 131 and 133 didn't seem to do anything (it still
keeps rebooting itself). What does a semicolon do?

(I didn't reply yesterday as Windows seems to steal the MBR if I boot
into it, and booting from a cdrom to fix that took the better part of
half an hour yesterday, so I decided replying could wait until I found
a machine/browser that supports the javascript gmail requires...)

I didn't quite follow the discussion on 4KSTACKS and PSE, but I'll
find out what cpuinfo says when I get hold of the notebook again
tonight.
