[Xen-devel] build flags in libxc determining success of gdbserver-xen

I don't claim to understand it, but when I build libxc without
optimizations, gdbserver-xen works. With -O or -O3 it send garbage to
the client gdb.

So as heads up to anyone trying to use gdbserver-xen right now, you'll
need to disable optimizations in libxc.
