When the application executes SYSCALL we lose the value of CS, and Xen recreates it as 0xE033. The best fix to is bring back the macro FIXUP_TOP_OF_STACK in arch/xen/x86_64/kernel/entry.S, and call it everywhere that the original arch/x86_64/kernel/entry.S calls it.
