hg seems to get into a mess, and marks a file modified even though no
modifications have been made.  As you can see, the diff is empty, but it's
decided to create a changeset for it anyway.  I set the change message to
"Nothing." because frankly I can't see what else I could say.

Think of it as like a "Merge?" but with no patch.
