Hi Ian and all others here in the list

I've updated now the BIOS. Now i can boot with acpi. And unbelievable... i 
don't have any problem to boot Xen 3.0 (this one which is shipped with SUSE 
Linux 10.0). At the moment i can say: PROBLEM SOLVED!
So we can summarize: the qla23xxx driver does not work without acpi, don't ask 
me why.
