This seems to be good for setting up block and network driver. But can the same code used for new drivers?

Check out the tools/migrate/buscreate.c tool in
http://www.distlab.dk/hg/index.cgi/xen-evilman.hg , it creates a
domain with disk and network access, without needing python.
