[Xen-devel] domain image extract script update

Hi,

I update script which extract domain images from kdump whole-machine
dump image for dump analysis.
Now it use shared_info to extract domains, and it isn't need vmlinux
on domain to extract.
It supports x86_32, x86_32 pae.  This code should work with shadow mode,
but shadow-mode dump isn't tested yet.
