I'm sorry... The problem was actually with the python directory, I
used XEN_PYTHON_NATIVE_INSTALL...

I do xend stop; make install (in tools directory); xend start. This will
work for anything except xenconsoled and xenstored which are not restarted
by xend stop/start.
