Hi,

This problem had been discussed on this ML before.
Please refer to following URL.
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2006-11/ msg00391.html

This problem still remains in Xen 3.0.4-rc1. (I tested on x86-64.)

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create bootable DomainU image.
dd if=/dev/zero of=/var/images/storage.disk1.sys1 bs=1024k count=1 seek=8191
          etc.

2) Create qcow file that has backing file.
        qcow-create 100 /var/images/qcowbak.img /var/images/storage.disk1.sys1

3) Boot DomainU that has below config.
        disk = [ 'tap:qcow:/var/images/qcowbak.img.img,hda,w' ]

I plan to start the investigation of the cause of this problem.

Has anyone already solved this problem?
