[Xen-devel] create.dtd strictness required? xenapi_create.py suggestion

Hi,

It seems that the create.dtd is very strict. I wonder why the QoS types
are required, while not even in the Open Source version of Xen present.
I guess something like rate shaping of network interfaces can be
implemented quickly.

Personally I had many problems creating an XML file, because the -x
option didn't printed out anything. So maybe provide some easy xml
examples too.

Next to this I think the xm/xenapi_create.py code should be initialized
with a server variable and *not* import this from main. In that case
every python script is able to create a configuration (which is almost
the hardest task in the XenAPI) with my poor python skils I created a
global server and a init(init_server) to initialize this variable.
