Now that building non-PAE kernels isn't really possible anymore, force X86_PAE on when X86_XEN gets selected. While not in this patch, include/asm-i386/mach-xen/pgtable-2level*.h could also be removed to reflect that state. As usual, written and tested on 2.6.26 and made apply to the 2.6.18 tree without further testing.
