[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Netchannel2 Optimizations [4/4]

This applies to the latest netchannel2 tree.

This patch make the ring access functions inline. In addition it moves the ring 
functions outside the netchannel2 directory since these are generic functions 
that could be used by other drivers besides netchannel2. To avoid confusion and 
name clash with the previous ring functions rename the file to uring.h 
(unidirectional ring).
