I've also built fresh 2.6.31 on F11. Behaviour 2.6.31 when loading under Xen 3.4.1 on
top of F11 seems to be the same.
Presence 1024M <=dom0_mem<=4096M  ant xen-3.4.1.gz line is still required.
If serial outputs are desired, i can get them.

Are you expecting improvement after  09/15/2009 new-swiotlb commits ?
4097,6144, "No_dom0_mem_specified" don't look to me to have any.
