Hello all,

This question is specific to Citrix Xenserver, I am not getting any response from Citrix support, thought of checking in this forum to get some inputs.

I have to test a NIC that is not recognized by xe pif-list/xe pif-scan host-uuid=<uuid of my m/c>. I have installed the driver for the NIC in dom0 and able to communicate to other m/c's on the network. Interfaces for the NIC are listed via ifconfig command. Since I am unable to add the interface via xe pif-scan/xe pif-announce/xe pif-list commands, XenCenter does not see this NIC. Idea is to use this NIC for CentOS VMs such that VMs can communicate with other m/c's on the network and I am unable to figure out to get it added/recognized by XenCenter or Citrix mgmt commands. This NIC is not on the Citrix's hardware compatibility list. Any configuration file changes recommended in  XenServer such that it can help me move forward with my testing. Inputs appreciated.

Thanks
-RK
