But EFLAGS_MASK doesn't affect PUSHF/POPF emulation, and that's
the only ones that would matter here (short of some of the arithmetic
emulation being broken, which wouldn't be addressed by this mask
change either). POPF emulation itself only disallows modifying VIP,
VIF, and VM.
