I've been reviewing many of the patches anyway so how about I volunteer
for that role.

I'm not actually a libxl MAINTAINER so I suppose I should also nominate
myself for that too. We don't seem to have a separate libxl entry in
MAINTAINERS, just the top level "tools". We could split it out
explicitly (which I think might be a good idea anyway) or just go with:
