I think the best way to fix this would be to add an install-caml: rule that 
does nothing to the makefile

I'm getting:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `install-caml', needed by `install'.  Stop.
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

I think because currently the caml stubdom is built but not installed.
It appears in $(TARGETS) but not in the install: rule
