I was discussing documentation with someone looking to translate a manual into his own language. He pointed out the following manual:

I am assuming this is the work of someone circa 2008.
Does anyone know the history of this doc, who participated in its creation, how much time it took to create, etc.? Am I correct that there is nothing publically available like it for the 4.x series? The closest thing the “Manual” category
of the wiki has recently is a pointer to the SLES 11 Xen Admin Guide.
