Xiantao, another week has passed with no response from you whatsoever. As the maintainer for VT-d code, I think we can expect you to react on patches in a half way timely manner. I'll give this a couple more days, but will assume the absence of any objection on patch 1 if I don't hear back (I'm willing to give patch 2 some more time for you to investigate).
