[Xen-devel] [PATCH v2 5/6] tools/libxc: add DECLARE_HYPERCALL_BUFFER_SHADOW()

DECLARE_HYPERCALL_BUFFER_SHADOW() is like DECLARE_HYPERCALL_BUFFER()
except it is backed by an already allocated hypercall buffer.
