Remember: Xen wouldn't boot on these systems at all without GICv3 support (since they lack v2 compatibility in h/w), so getting to a dom0 prompt is a useful step in its own right. > Hence, this series > doesn't support GICv2 emulation on GICv3. > > It would be nice if you fix the toolstack as soon as possible.
