This (and similar failures in other flights) are due to a problem with
the `army' ARM build cluster.  The node armpit's root filesystem has
gone readonly.

I am still investigating to see if I can find anything about the
cause.  In the meantime I have unblessed `army' for builds which will
result in marilith-n4 taking up the slack.
