Also please get used to place descriptions of changes between
versions here rather than in the actual patch descriptions.

You are right, I missed that these should be described here. Thanks, and will try to conform more to the guidelines next time! Or should I resend the entire series with the proper tags and placing version change descriptions at the proper place?
