[Xen-devel] [PATCH RFC OSSTEST 16/19] Osstest/Debian: support adding a rootdelay property to bootargs

arndale appears to be quite slow (and asynchronous) at finding it's scsi
controller. rootdelay=3 seems to do the trick.
