I've downloaded the no_maintenance_interrupts-v4 version of Xen,

The writer say that this patch removes any needs for maintenance interrupts for both hardware and software interrupts in Xen.

I want to know if the no needs for maintenance for software interrupts means that sets HCR.TGE to 0 or Xen can handle the software interrupt by itself.
