These are due to a Debian point release having obsoleted our modified
installer images. I have updated the images (force pushing the
appropriate osstest update) and checked that this fixes the problem.

On armhf, the kernel situation is different. The kernel that
mg-debian-installer-update generated did not work due to the lack of
compensation in osstest for a workaround introduced in the kernel to
defeat some bad systemd behaviour. I have hardlinked the previous
armhf installer images into the directory.

Also bush-cricket had forgotten all of its CMOS contents.

There will be a few flights still in the pipeline with host-install
failures as above, but I think they will all be done by midnight.
