[Xen-devel] [PATCH for-xen-4.5] Update EFI docs to document bug.

Hey,

I mentioned this issue a month ago on the xen-devel mailing list 
(can't find link, will update bug system) but I had not made any
progress at all. This patch documents this in the documentation -
and once the fix is in we can revert it.

This is done so that we can have it before the RCs start and folks
don't trip over this.
