The last bit of the serial log is this: Fixed by Boris's "x86/xen: Fix incorrect per_cpu accessor in xen_clocksource_read()" patch which I have queued up. There is another regression affecting CPU hotplug. A fix for which is waiting for one the x86 maintainers to pick up.
