That is already enabled.
FYI with other rootfs I dont see any problem.

Alex,any idea how to look for what is causing timeout ?
Grep -rn hcv0 in suse file system resulted nil.
I am using https://wiki.linaro.org/LEG/Engineering/Xen_booting_on_Foundationv8
