I'm not sure what I can help here. For upstream to help with debugging this issue, you need to provide a few bit-size steps. The simpler the better. Maybe start with debugging various errors shown in guest / hv log files? If you or someone from Intel can hunt down the culprit (particular code path, offending instructions etc) that would be great.
