[Xen-devel] [PATCH v2 1/6] x86/domctl: Introduce PV_XSAVE_HDR_SIZE and remove its opencoding



Also remove opencoding of PV_XSAVE_SIZE().  Undefine both when they are
done with.

No functional change.
