You should have to apply appropriate changes to h3ulcb device tree and 
use it. Also do not forget to update ATF on the board.
This should be enough.

If we are speaking about ARM, then:
    - SoC should be VE/EL2 capable
    - Bootloader should be able to start XEN in HYP/EL2.
