[Xen-devel] [PATCH v5 03/16] xen/arm: mm: Use gaddr_to_gfn rather than _gfn(paddr_to_pfn(...))

The construction _gfn(paddr_to_pfn(...)) can be simplified by using
gaddr_to_gfn.
